We are looking for team members who:

  • Book international and domestic reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals; follow up to complete the reservation.
  • Rapid response to requests for domestic/international price quotations.
  • Maintain and promote professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications from clients.
  • Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs. Communicate information to clients accurately and appropriately.
  • Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain client profiles, ensuring specials requests and reward program information such as frequent flyer/driver/hotel preferences, and so on are included upon reservation.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a team environment, show ownership over projects, excellent networking, communication, and problem solving abilities, flexibility and have a sincere interest for travel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and minimum error rate.
  • Keen understanding of and fit with the LLT & LLE brand and culture.
  • Domestic and international geography knowledge.
  • Solid follow-up skills.
  • Must abide by ARC regulations.
  • Savvy in Microsoft Office and iOS.
  • Organized skills that result in high productivity.
