We are looking for team members who:
- Book international and domestic reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals; follow up to complete the reservation.
- Rapid response to requests for domestic/international price quotations.
- Maintain and promote professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications from clients.
- Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs. Communicate information to clients accurately and appropriately.
- Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain client profiles, ensuring specials requests and reward program information such as frequent flyer/driver/hotel preferences, and so on are included upon reservation.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment, show ownership over projects, excellent networking, communication, and problem solving abilities, flexibility and have a sincere interest for travel.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and minimum error rate.
- Keen understanding of and fit with the LLT & LLE brand and culture.
- Domestic and international geography knowledge.
- Solid follow-up skills.
- Must abide by ARC regulations.
- Savvy in Microsoft Office and iOS.
- Organized skills that result in high productivity.
